Free LGBTQ Legal Clinic – Charleston, SC:  Led by local attorneys and trans advocates, this Clinic will feature assistance completing legal name change paperwork, one-on-one assistance with gender marker changes with local attorneys, and a workshop on resources that are available for funding medical transition. In addition attendees can apply for small needs based stipends to assist with the cost of legal processes.

How to Update Your Federal Documents Webinar with the Transgender Law Center. This webinar will walk through in detail how to update one’s name and gender marker on a passport and social security record, and we’ll provide tips and resources to help facilitate obtaining name and gender marker changes in individual states.
